The Gallup organization has identified 34 distinct patterns that they call talent themes to describe the range of human uniqueness observed in their research. Statistically, only 1 in 33 million share your Top 5 signature talents in the same order.
To discover your Top 5 talent themes, or to discover the order of all 34 talents, take the assessment administered by Gallup. The assessment identifies all 34 of your talents in order but we only require your Top 5.
Gallup charges $19.99 to learn your Top 5 or $49.99 for all 34.
If you just want the Top 5 to start, you still have the option to purchase access to all of them for the upgrade price of $39.99.
Learning Your Strengths
To really understand how your Top 5 talents are working in your life and the lives of others in your family, your relationships, and at work, we’ve discovered that the key to understanding your talents is answering questions and exploring the answers in a group learning setting.
So we set up a format of live weekly video group meetings from your home using Skype. Led by a professional Strengths coach for 8 weeks, new group meetings begin the first week of each month.
During the introductory meeting you’ll meet your Strengths coach, meet your group of strengths learners, and learn how Skype works. We’ll also provide some guidelines to get the most out of the next 7 group meetings.
Group participation costs $79 per month. Once you join a group, your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel. After 8 weeks of Learning Your Strengths, you will automatically be promoted with your group to Living Your Strengths.
